RealtyReferrals.biz is a Florida licensed real estate broker.  Individuals pay $50 annually to keep their Florida real estate licenses active and share in valuable commissions.  You will have no other dues to pay.  You are Independent Contractors, simply go to the Forms page, download all the forms, fill them out completely and mail them along with your check for $50 to RealtyReferrals.biz, 7011 74th St. Cir. East, Bradenton, Fl  34203.

When you have a friend, relative or client (even yourself ) that wants to buy or sell real estate, ask them if they will allow you to refer them to a full-service, full time agent and tell them that you will be receiving a referral fee. Unless they have decided on an agent, most people will be glad to let you refer them. The advantage to your friend, relative or client is that the full-service, full time agents work harder with a referral because they have someone to answer to and because they want you to refer more business.

The referral fee ranges from 20% to 30% of the commission earned on the referred portion (Buyer or Seller), but is negotiable. It is to be agreed upon between RealtyReferrals.biz and the Broker we refer it to.  RealtyReferrals.biz will have them sign a referral form.  All you need to do is call immediately and give us the information on the phone.  Then print and fill out the referral form (Forms section) and send us a copy. Include any other information the full-service, full time agent may find helpful.  RealtyReferrals.biz will keep you informed as to the status of the referral. Do not work with the client. Leave that up to the full-service, full time agent. Be careful about giving your referral any information, property addresses or any other data. Do not say or do anything which you may be held liable.

You will receive a percentage of the commission check received by this office. If you refer a buyer, your fee is based on the selling portion of the commission, if you refer a seller; it is based on the listing portion. (Even if the full time agent has both sides of the transaction, selling the referred client his or her own listing, we are paid only on the side you referred.)  When the full-service, full time agent has closed the transaction with the client their broker will send the referral check to RealtyReferrals.biz and we will send a check to you for your portion of that amount. 

Don't forget that you can refer clients outside your local area. If you need an agent in another area, give us a call and we will find an agent. You can also refer real estate business other than residential, such as commercial and business opportunities. RealtyReferrals.biz will be happy to locate agents for these clients.
